Expression of Pten^Scer\UAS.cUa under the control of Scer\GAL4^hh.PU results in decreased size of the posterior compartment in third instar larval wing discs.

Scer\GAL4^{Myo31DF-NP0001}-mediated expression of Pten^Scer\UAS.cUa results in smaller midguts at 0h relative puparium formation (RPF) compared to controls. These midguts appear to undergo rapid degradation and are particularly fragile.

Mosaic clones overexpressing Pten^Scer\UAS.cUa in the midgut of feeding larvae are reduced in size and induce autophagy compared to surrounding wild type cells.

Wild type males spend significantly less courtship time with females expressing Pten^Scer\UAS.cUa under the control of Scer\GAL4^{αTub84B.Switch.PK} (upon exposure to RU486), as compared to control females.
