The expression of RhoGAP15B^HMJ02093 under the control of Scer\GAL4^{VP16.mat.αTub67C} leads to a "dumpless" phenotype; cells display erratic myosin activity associated with smaller and more transient cell protrusions; intracellular flows appear erratic and lack the persistent radial motions around nurse cell nuclei necessary for bringing cytoplasm in contact with ring canals.
