      Expression of Mmus\Dlk1M.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4ptc-559.1 at 25[o]C results in wing notches and ectopic scutellar bristles. Both phenotypes are enhanced at 30[o]C. A slightly increased number of cells is seen between the L3 and L4 wing veins.
