      Expression of TgB.Scer\UAS in the region posterior to the morphogenic furrow in the eye imaginal disc, under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PS or in the posterior compartment of the wing imaginal disc, under the control of Scer\GAL4en.PU, causes a rough eye phenotype in the compound eyes and an extra wing crossvein phenotype in the wings.

      Expression of TgB.Scer\UAS mainly in the border between the anterior and the posterior compartment of the wing imaginal disc, under the control of Scer\GAL4dpp.blk1, causes an extra wing crossvein phenotype in and around the border.

      Expression of TgB.Scer\UAS mainly in the border between the anterior and the posterior compartment of the wing imaginal disc, under the control of Scer\GAL4ptc-559.1, does not generate a phenotype.

      Expression of TgB.Scer\UAS mainly in the wing pouch of the wing imaginal disc, under the control of Scer\GAL4c179, does not generate a phenotype.

      Expression of TgB.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4ey.PU, Scer\GAL4Dll.PU, Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096, Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237, Scer\GAL4Cg.PA or Scer\GAL469B does not generate any morphological change.
