UAS regulates expression of a 't-peptide' comprising (from N to C terminus): a trypsin secretory signal sequence for targeting to the secretory pathway, a scrambled Pdf peptide sequence, a medium length hydrophilic linker sequence of 14 amino acids with an embedded Tag:MYC epitope tag, and a GPI targeting sequence from lynx1 protoxin.
