      Expression of Hsap\TARDBPGMR.PJ under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU leads to rough eye phenotype (depigmentation by retinal degeneration).

      Homozygotes are lethal as pharate adults with rare escapers. Animals have a mildly rough external eye which undergoes progressive depigmentation.
