      Expression of plumΔIg4.Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4Tab2-201Y shows very little ability to rescue the γ neuron pruning defects seen in plumΔ1 mushroom body neuroblast clones (rescue seen in 1 out of 16 cases).

      Expression of plumΔIg4.Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PU fails to rescue the formation of ectopic connections at the neuromuscular junction in plumΔ2 larvae.
