    Centrosome asymmetry during cytokinesis is almost completely lost in mutant pI (sensory organ precursor) cells in the notum, with the anterior centrosome moving earlier than in wild-type pI cells.

    Somatic clones in the pI (sensory organ precursor) cells of the notum do not affect pIIa/pIIb cell fate specification.
