      Compared with wild-type, expression of enokdsRNA.Scer\UAS.TH150 in the germline under the control of Scer\GAL4nos.PG causes a significant decline in female germline stem cell (GSC) numbers per germarium from day 2 to day 21 after eclosion, albeit decreased GSC numbers are observed at eclosion.
