      The majority of embryos expressing stepScer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP under the control of Scer\GAL4mat.αTub67C.T:Hsim\VP16 display either sporadic loss of cleavage furrow membranes or a general disruption to furrows across the embryo (involving both furrow loss and furrow disorganization).

      55% of embryos derived from mothers expressing stepScer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP under the control of Scer\GAL4mat.αTub67C.T:Hsim\VP16 have furrow canals of varying lengths. Most die as embryos.
