Expression of Dop1R1HMC02344 under the control of Scer\GAL4c739 or the split-GAL4 pair of Scer\GAL4DBD.R44E04 and Hsap\RELAAD.R13F02, but not the split-GAL4 pair of Scer\GAL4DBD.R17C11 and Hsap\RELAAD.R52G04 or the split-GAL4 pair of Scer\GAL4DBD.R60F01 and Hsap\RELAAD.R23C12, in adults, significantly impairs long-term, but not short-term, appetitive olfactory memory, compared to controls.
