Adults expressing InRDN.UAS.cUa under the control of Scer\GAL4Toll-6-D42 show neuromuscular junctions with fewer active zones.

Expression of InRDN.UAS.cUa under the control of Scer\GAL4en.PU leads to a reduction in the posterior compartment of wing size relative to the anterior one. Also, its expression under the control of Scer\GAL4salm.EPv leads to a smaller wing area included between the veins L2 and L5.

Expression of InRDN.UAS.cUa under the control of Scer\GAL4Gr28b.b.4.7 in adults does not affect food intake of starved or satiated flies, compared to controls.

Expression of InRDN.Scer\UAS.cUa under the control of Scer\GAL4Mef2.PR has no effect on heart development in the embryo.

Expression of InRDN.Scer\UAS.cUa under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PU has no effect on nervous system development in the embryo.

Expression of InRDN.Scer\UAS.cUa under the control of Scer\GAL469B has no effect on epidermal development in the embryo.

Embryos expressing InRDN.Scer\UAS.cUa under the control of Scer\GAL4kirre.PU show a significant reduction in the size of the segmental border muscle and the DA1 muscle, and also in the number of nuclei present in these muscles.

Embryos expressing InRDN.Scer\UAS.cUa under the control of Scer\GAL4kirre.PU have thinner muscles than normal and unfused myoblasts are present.

The additional co-expression of InRDN.Scer\UAS.cUa modifies the fully penetrant rough eye phenotype that results from the co-expression of HPV18\E6Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC and Hsap\UBE3AScer\UAS.cRa under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU, leading to severe eye necrosis.
