      Expression of cmbUAS.RB.Tag:FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4VP16.bam does not lead to any fertility or spermiogenesis defects when compared to controls.

      Overexpression via Scer\GAL4sev.PU has no effect in the eye.

      Overexpression via Scer\GAL4en.PU or Scer\GAL4nub.PU results in a multiple hair cell phenotype in the wing.
