      Larval fat body clones expressing Pka-C1GL01861 under the control of Scer\GAL4Act.PU show a significant increase in autophagosomes (identified as mCherry-Atg8 puncta) under standard nutritional conditions, but do not show significant changes in starvation-induced autophagosome.
