      Flies expressing Hsap\HTT513.Q120.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 show reduced life span compared with wild-type.

      15 days after eclosion flies expressing Hsap\HTT513.Q120.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 begin to show a progressive decline in climbing ability.
