Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of an Aβ peptide (11-42). The Hsap\APP sequence in the construct is codon-optimized for expression in Drosophila melanogaster. A consensus Drosophila melanogaster translation start site is used. The signal sequence used in the construct is Tag:SS(rPENK).
