Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a mutant Aβ peptide (3-42, E3A). The Hsap\APP sequence in the construct is codon-optimized for expression in Drosophila melanogaster. A consensus Drosophila melanogaster translation start site is used. The signal sequence used in the construct is Tag:SS(rPENK).
