Detailed Description

Reference

Compared to controls, Mrp4M1/Mrp4M2 flies have reduced viability in response to oxidative stress (paraquat, hydrogen peroxide or hyperoxia) and Mrp4M2/Mrp4M2 flies have reduced viability in response to oxidative stress (paraquat).

Mrp4M2/Mrp4M2 flies have a shortened lifespan compared to wild type.

Climbing ability in Mrp4M1/Mrp4M2 flies more than 10 days old is significantly worse than wild type.
