Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of nompC in which 17 additional ankyrin repeats (ARs) derived from nompC have been inserted near the first trans-membrane segment. The protein sequence is nompC amino acids (aa) 1-533, an ArgSer linker, nompC aa126-1143, an ArgSer linker and nompC aa1144-1732. The protein is tagged at the C-terminal end with EGFP.
