Expression of Urm1Scer\UAS.cKa in the developing wing disc by Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 leads to around 50% loss of the anterior crossvein. Flies with expression of Urm1Scer\UAS.cKa driven by Scer\GAL4Act5C.PU do not show significant differences to controls under exposure to oxidative stress (10mM paraquat).
