Expressing maskUAS.cZa under the control of Scer\GAL4how-24B results in significantly more and bigger autolysosomes around the nuclei (assessed by the red:green fluorescence ration of Atg8-GFP-mCherry puncta) in muscles throughout third instar larval stage than controls. There is no difference in autophagosome numbers and no change in pupal thoracic morphology and body size.

Ectopic expression of maskScer\UAS.cZa under the control of Scer\GAL4how-24B results in more densely tangled mitochondrial network compared to wild-type control.
