Expression of Pp2B-14D^{act.Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-EYFP} under the control of Scer\GAL4^tin.CΔ4 in adults results in cardiac enlargement, reduced fractional shortening, and significantly thicker heart wall, as compared to controls.

Expression of Pp2B-14D^{act.Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-EYFP} under the control of Scer\GAL4^en-e16E results in abnormalities in the posterior crossvein and longitudinal vein 5.

Expression of Pp2B-14D^{act.Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-EYFP} under the control of Scer\GAL4^Act5C.PI results in larval lethality.

Expression of Pp2B-14D^{act.Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-EYFP} under the control of Scer\GAL4^dpp.blk1 results in failure of the wing to expand.
