Co-expression of BacA\p35Scer\UAS.cUa partially suppresses aberrant morphology of cone and pigment cells in the Scer\GAL4GMR.PS>Hsap\BCL2L13Scer\UAS.cNa pupal retina 42hr after puparium formation.
The rough eye phenotype induced by expression of Hsap\BCL2L13Scer\UAS.cNa driven by Scer\GAL4GMR.PS is not significantly enhanced or suppressed by DebclE26/+, DebclW105/+, DebclE26 BuffyH37/+, DebclW105 BuffyH37/+ or BuffyH37/+ mutations.
The loss of pigment in the eye phenotype induced by expression of Hsap\BCL2L13Scer\UAS.cNa driven by Scer\GAL4GMR.PS is significantly suppressed by sesBorg/+ or Ant2G0247 sesBG0247/+; schlankG0061 did not suppress the loss of pigment phenotype. Atg8aEP362/+ suppresses the loss of pigmentation and partially suppresses loss of bristles in flies with expression of Hsap\BCL2L13Scer\UAS.cNa driven by Scer\GAL4GMR.PS.
