Expression of Zzzz\GGGGCC58.Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP under the control of Scer\GAL4fkh.PH leads to a subset of third instar salivary gland cells exhibiting a wrinkled and defective nuclear envelope.

Expression of two copies of Zzzz\GGGGCC58.Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP under the control of Scer\GAL4VGlut-OK371 leads to small larvae with significantly impaired locomotor activity, and neuromuscular junctions in these larvae exhibit a significant decrease in bouton number, active zones, and total muscle area, as compared to controls.

Expression of 2 copies, but not 1 copy of Zzzz\GGGGCC58.Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PU leads to a significant decrease in larval size and locomotor activity, as compared to controls.

Expression of Zzzz\GGGGCC58.Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP under the control of Scer\GAL4Mhc.PU leads to age-dependent defects in indirect flight muscle, resulting in permanent abnormal wing position as compared to controls.
