su(Hw)8 homozygozity suppresses the cut-wing defects exhibited by ctA homozygotes.

Both flamBG02658,vctA double homozygotes and flamA/flamA, AstC-R2f03116/AstC-R2f03116, ctA/+ mutants present significant mortality during the pharate stage, as compared to controls.

flamA, ctA double homozygotes display significant mortality during the pharate stage as compared to controls, which is significantly increased or even reaches full lethality by AstC-R2f03116 heterozygosity or homozygosity, respectively; these flamA, ctA, AstC-R2f03116 triple homozygous lethal pharates become trapped in the pupal case, still exhibiting pupal membrane attached to several body parts; the mortality of flamA, ctA double homozygotes is suppressed by heterozygosity for either Su(var)3-7DG10405, Su(var)2055, Su(var)3-91, Su(var)3-92, AGO2414, Dcr-2L811fsX, AGO3t2 or aubHN2, or by AGO2414, AGO3t2 double heterozygosity; flamA/flam1, ctA/ct6 double transheterozygotes show a small but significant increase in mortality as compared to flamA/flam1 single heterozygotes.
