      The clonal expression of LarKK100581 under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.long leads to R7 axons to contact each other or hyperfasciculate either in the M3 or M6 layers of the medulla. Additionally, there are abnormal numbers and arrangements of cone and pigment cells in the retina.

      Expression of Lrp4Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1,T:Zzzz\FLAG results in the increased synapse number (assessed by counting active zone marker puncta) in the VA1v olfactory receptor neurons (with the Scer\GAL4peb-GAL4 driver) as well as in the Gad1-positive inhibitory neurons projecting to the DA1 glomerulus (with Scer\GAL4Gad1.3.098) or the inhibitory projection neurons terminating in the lateral horn (with Scer\GAL4Mz699) while the neurite volume remains unaffected compared to controls in both cases.
