Inhibition (using Ctet\TeTxLC[TNT.UAS]) of neurons targeted by the split-GAL4 pair of Scer\GAL4^DBD.R20F01 and Hsap\RELA^AD.R34C04 in larvae significantly reduces navigation away from higher wind speeds, compared to controls, with no effect on movement speed in the absense of wind stimuli; turn rate and size of turns are similar to controls.
