Combination with a single copy of JHDM2KO does not modify the frequency of eye tissue to antenna-like malformed structures transformation in adult flies expressing TAF1BdsRNA.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4ey.200.Exel nor the massive eye overgrowth in flies expressing ykiS168A.Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP,T:Ivir\HA1 with Scer\GAL4GMR.PF but it ameliorates the disrupted wing vein phenotype of flies expressing smo5A.Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG driven by Scer\GAL4C-765.
