Description

A DNA cassette flanked by inverted attP sites has been introduced into the Pngl locus upstream of the PAW domain. The attP cassette contains 1. a premature stop codon that disrupts the Pngl open reading frame and 2. a loxP cassette containing a w^+* marker.
