The co-expression of Hsap\TYROBP13xlexAop.Tag:MYC,Tag:FLAG and Hsap\TREM213xlexAop.Tag:MYC,Tag:FLAG under the control of Ecol\lexAGAD.repo does not result in significant changes in the size or gross morphology of adult brain structures, nor in the numbers of glial cells or neurons, as compared to controls; there are no signs of neurodegeneration (i.e. brain vacuolization).
