Individuals expressing FoxPUASp.I1 under the control of Scer\GAL4Mef2.247 show significantly larger mushroom body α-lobe tips than controls.

Individuals expressing FoxPUASp.I1 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PLu show a significant increase in light-off jump habituation, as they show a slight decrease in jump response in the course of the assay, and only show an increase in social distances (distance to the closest neighbor) at >0.5cm, as compared to controls.

Third instar larval neuromuscular junction of individuals expressing FoxPUASp.I1 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PLu do not show any apparent defects, including number of branches and postsynaptic size, as compared to controls.

Third instar larval class IV da neurons of individuals expressing FoxPUASp.I1 under the control of Scer\GAL4477 do not exhibit significant changes in dendritic tree morphology, including dendritic field area, dendritic length and number of dendritic endings, as compared to controls.
