Expression from one copy of Hsap\LATS1UAS.s under the control of Scer\GAL4en.PU leads to a significantly smaller wing posterior compartment (measured as the posterior:whole wing area ratio), as compared to controls; this phenotype becomes more severe when Hsap\LATS1UAS.s is expressed from two copies.

The co-expression of Hsap\LATS1UAS.s and Hsap\YAP1UAS.cIa under the control of Scer\GAL4en.PU induces a large wing posterior compartment that is milder than upon the expression of Hsap\YAP1UAS.cIa alone, and suppresses the small wing posterior compartment that results from the expression of Hsap\LATS1UAS.s alone.
