      Expressing pydUAS.P under the control of Scer\GAL4ap.PU induces loss of macrochaetae, bristle duplications, and lower density of microchaetae in the dorsal thorax.

      Expressing pydUAS.P under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU leads to ommatidial disorganization, with an increase in the number of interommatidial and cone cells.
