Adck11/Adck12 second instar larvae show dorsal tracheal trunk breaks and double mouth hooks, and prematurely wander away from food.

Adck11/Adck12 individuals rescued to adulthood by the expression of Adck1UAS.cWa under the control of Scer\GAL4da.PU do not show a developmental delay are short lived.

Adck11/Adck12 individuals are rescued to adulthood by the expression of Adck1UAS.cWa under the control of Scer\GAL4btl.PS but are developmentally delayed, pupae are significantly smaller and adults are short lived.
