      Expressing Cisd2UAS.cCa under the control of Scer\GAL4Mef2.247 leads to larger mitochondria in adult and larval flight muscles; these mitochondria show numerous intramitochondrial vesicles. 3-weeks-old adult show decreased climbing ability compared to controls.
