      Expression of enSP4F11ScFv.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC in the wing pouch under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 results in loss of the anterior crossvein (ACV) in 95% of flies examined. No loss of the posterior crossvein (PCV) is seen.

      Expressing enSP4F11ScFv.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of either Scer\GAL4en-e16E, Scer\GAL4ptc-559.1 or Scer\GAL4dpp.blk1 results in loss of the anterior cross vein (ACV) in all wings examined. However, no ACV loss is observed when enSP4F11ScFv.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC is expressed exclusively in the P-compartment using Scer\GAL4hh-Gal4.
