StaclΔSH3.1 or StaclLA00216/StaclΔSH3.1 third instar larvae exhibit decreased locomotion.

Expression of StaclUAS.RE.EGFP under the control of Scer\GAL4da.G32 in the StaclΔSH3.1/+ (control) background leads to an increase in locomotion of third instar larvae.

During physiological activation, StaclΔSH3.1 larvae exhibit decreased Ca[2+] transients in RP2 motor neuron type Is boutons (on muscle 4).

StaclΔSH3.1 larvae exhibit largely decreased Dmca1D currents in RP2 motor neuron cell bodies.

StaclΔSH3.1 larvae exhibit a decrease in neuropeptide (Dilp2-GFP) release in type I boutons (on muscle 4) upon activation of RP2 motor neuron via exposure to high potassium.
