Description

UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of the longer isoform of dock (isoforms B, C and D) plus approximately 400bp of 3'UTR (sequence amplified from the LD42588 cDNA clone). The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:Myr(Unk) (to tether the protein to the membrane) and with Tag:HA.
