Description

The RMCE cassette of the TI{CRIMIC.TG4.0}ZyxCR01526-TG4.0 insertion has been replaced with a 'Double Header' (DH) trapping cassette (contains two independent trapping modules oriented in opposite directions). The insertion is in a coding intron of Zyx (in the protein-trap orientation relative to the gene) and is predicted to trap the gene with a EGFP-FlAsH-StrepII-TEV-3xFlag multi-tag cassette.
