UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the 'KW1' nanobody, which binds oligomers of the Aβ(1-40) peptide. The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with a Tag:SS(nec) signal sequence and at the C-terminal end with Tag:MYC.
