Description

A mEos4b tag has been inserted into the endogenous cac locus, close to the intracellular N terminus of the coding sequence. The 6 most C-terminal amino acids of cac have been deleted and the second PxxP motif within the cac C-terminus (residues 1690-1693) have been mutated from PPTP to APTA.
