Expression of Hsap\PLCD1PH.4C.Scer\UAS.T:Disc\RFP-mCherry under the control of Scer\GAL4n-syb.PS results in neuromuscular junction overgrowth in third instar larvae, including increased total branch length and satellite boutons. A less severe increase in neuromuscular junction length is seen when Hsap\PLCD1PH.4C.Scer\UAS.T:Disc\RFP-mCherry is expressed under the control of Scer\GAL4D42.
