Description
Description
Methuselah GPCRs are Class B GPCRs, forming the B3 subgroup. The gene family's founding member methuselah (mth) was identified as a Drosophila GPCR involved in the modulation of life span and stress response. No counterpart for the methuselah gene family have been identified in vertebrates. (Adapted from FBrf0129744 and FBrf0218628).
