Description
The glycoside hydrolase family 18 (GH18) are encoded by an evolutionary conserved multigene family with a characteristic glyco18 domain. The GH18 family comprises the catalytically active Chitinases, the non-enzymatic Imaginal disc growth factors and the Stabilin-1 interacting chitolectin. (Adapted from FBrf0231276 and FBrf0230884).
