Description
Description

The N-terminal acetyltransferase C (NatC) complex catalyzes the acetylation of the N-terminal methionine of polypeptides with Met-Leu-, Met-Phe-, Met-Ile- and Met-Trp- N termini. (Adapted from PMID:19660096, PMID:22405572 and FBrf0234437).

Notes on Group

Naa30A and Naa30B are both potential catalytic subunits for the NatC complex or complexes (FBrf0234437, FBrf0194437).
