Lysosomal Class II α-mannosidases catalyze the catabolism of mannose terminal oligosaccharide structures in lysosomes. These mannosidases have broad specificity and are capable of cleaving α1,2/α1,3/α1,6-mannose linkages. (Adapted from FBrf0224862 and PMID:7881169).
