Description
Description
Negative regulators of canonical Wnt signaling down-regulate the pathway, resulting in the attenuation of transcriptional regulation mediated by β-catenin (arm).
Notes and selected reviews
Negative regulators of the canonical Wnt signaling pathway include Destruction Complex components which, in the absence of Wnt signaling, constitutively suppress the pathway by promoting cytoplasmic β-catenin (arm) degradation.
