Description
The MIS12 complex is an outer kinetochore complex that bridges the inner kinetochore component CENP-C and the outer kinetochore Ndc80 complex. In Drosophila, there are two complex variants, one containing Nnf1a and one containing Nnf1b. (Adapted from FBrf0231098.)
