AlphaFold produces a per-residue confidence score (pLDDT) between 0 and 100. Some regions with low pLDDT may be unstructured in isolation.

The testis specificity index was calculated from modENCODE tissue expression data by Vedelek et al., 2018 to indicate the degree of testis enrichment compared to other tissues. Scores range from -2.52 (underrepresented) to 5.2 (very high testis bias).
In adult brains and ventral nerve cords, Tkr86C protein is observed in bilateral pairs of neurons; immunoreactivity is observed in both cell bodies and in neuronal processes. In the adult protocerebrum, these include two dorsolateral pairs and one ventrolateral pair of cell bodies, and a median cluster of 14-16 cell bodies in median neurosecretory cell group of the pars intercerebralis. There are two pairs of immunoreactive cells in adult gnathal (subesophageal) ganglion, and four to five pairs of neurons localized laterally in the abdominal neuromeres of the thoracico-abdominal ganglion. In wandering third instar larval CNS, Tkr86C protein is observed in at least four pairs of neuronal cell bodies in the anterior protocerebrum, four pairs of cell bodies in the subesophageal ganglion, seven pairs of cell bodies in the first three abdominal neuromeres, and three pairs of cell bodies in the seventh and eighth abdominal neuromeres. In the adult intestine, punctate Tkr86C immunoreactivity is observed in the circular muscle layer of the midgut, and in endocrine cells of the posterior midgut.

Please Note FlyBase no longer curates genomic clone accessions so this list may not be complete
Please Note This section lists cDNAs and ESTs that fall within the genomic extent of the gene model, which may include cDNAs and ESTs of genes within introns, or of overlapping genes. Please see JBrowse for alignment of the cDNAs and ESTs to the gene model.
For each fully sequenced cDNA the DGRC maintains various forms of the cDNA (e.g tagged or untagged) in several different host vectors for subsequent cloning and expression in Drosophila and Drosophila cell lines.
