                The Dyak\HeT-A\gag coding region does not require a frameshift, in contrast to the D.melanogaster HeT-A\gag coding region, which requires a frameshift for translation of the entire coding region.
                At least one protein required for HeT-A transposition may be translated from the gag region of the same RNA molecule that subsequently becomes the template for reverse transcription.
